Proposals by the F.P.S.C. that (i) travelling allowance should be allowed to all candidates summoned for interview irrespective of the fact whether all of them were required to pay the application fee or not and whether they come from a place in India or from abroad, and (ii) candidates applying from outside India should also be required to pay the prescribed application fees
