Decision that Provincial Service Officers who were eligible for confirmation in listed posts in the I.C.S. or in the I.P. on the 21st October 1946 or earlier but could not be so confirmed and have subsequently been confirmed in the I.A.S. or the I.P.S., should be given the same emoluments, leave and pension rights as would have accrued to them if they had been confirmed in the listed posts. Suggestion to the States that this concession should be extended to similar cases of P.C.S (Judicial) Officers
