Decisio that provincail servise officers who were eligble for confirmation in lists posts in the I.C.S or in the I.P. om the 21st oct 1946 or erlier but could not be so confirmed and have subsequently been confirmed in the I.A.S or th eI.P.S should be given the same emoluments leave and pension right as would have accured to them oif they had bben confirmed in the listed posts . Suggestion to the ststes that this concession should be extended to similar cases of P.C.S (Judicial )officers.
