Enquiry made by the Gwalior Government as to whether Minister at the Centre are eligible under the Central Government rules, to T.A. and daily allowance when they go out to attend their party meetings or conferences, and also whether in the event of a consolidated monthly Motor Allowance being given to them, they are further eligible to motor mileage payments in cases of tours outside the headquarters
