Governors' Allowances and Privileges Order-Official Residence-Special Order-President Instructions issued to the Secretaries etc. to the Governors of all States that in view of the Statutory provisions of the Governors' Allowances and Privileges order, prior special order of the President should invariably be obtained in cases when the expenditure in respect of the maintenance etc. of the Official residences of the Governor is expected to exceed the limit specified under third schedule of the Governors' Allowances and Privileges Order
