Governors' Allowances and Privileges Order-Official Residence-Special Order-President Instructions issued to the Secretaries etc. to the Governors of all States that, in accordance with the Statutory provisions of the Governors' Allowances and Privileges Order, prior special order of the President should invariably be obtained in cases where the expenditure in respect of the maintenance etc. of the Governor's Official residences is expected to exceed the limit specified under the Governors' Allowance
