Suggestion by Mr. P.N. Mehta, Bombay, that a provision be inserted in the Indian companies act making it compulsory for chairman of the annual General Meeting of the Shareholder of the company to read the minutes of the previous meeting and to take the same of the meeting on those minutes before the same one finally confirmed by shareholders.
