Issue of notification under section 8(5) of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956), exempting the sales in the Union Territory of Pondicherry during the period from 20th February to 19th November, 1967, in the course of inter-state trade or commerce by any registered dealer of Pondicherry, of goods to which sub-section (1) of section 8 applies provided the dealer proves to the satisfaction of assessing authority that no sales tax was collected by him during that period
