Issue of notification under section 8(5) of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956), exempting sales in the Union Territory of Pondicherry in the course of inter-state trade or commerce by any registered dealer of Pondicherry of goods to which sub-section (1) of section 8 applies during the period from 20th February to 19th November, 1967, provided the dealer proves to the satisfaction of the assessing authority that no sales tax was collected by him during that period
