Reference to the Board of Arbitration under the JCM scheme on disagreement recorded at the Departmental Council of the Scheme. Subject- In lieu of traveling allowance at present admissible to the Fuel Inspectors on the Indian Railway in grade Rs. 450-575 (As), they should be granted mileage allowance admissible to 'A' Grade Drivers on Indian Railways and this allowance should be treated as pay for the different purpose and in different proportions as laid down in para 913 of the Indian Railway Establishment Mannual. The Award of the Board and Arbitration has been received. The Damand of the Staff side has been rejected
