Subject- The Power Controllers on the Indian Railways in grade RS. 370-475 (AS) should be granted mileage allowance admissible to 'B' Grade Driver on Indian Railway' and this allowance should be treated as pay for the different purpose in different proportions as laid down in para 913 of the Indian Railway Establishment Manual. Award of the Board of Arbitration has been received and the demand of the staff side has been rejected
