Retirement benefits under the SRPF Rules. Decision that-In the case of a subscribed(both gazetted and non gazetted) who dies while in service after completion of 5 years continuously service the special contribution credated to his account should be subject to a minimum of 12 months pay. 2. The above decision will also apply to the amount of compassionate gratuity that can be granted to the dependents to the deceased non-gazetted staff who are left in straitered circumstances. 3. That the method of calculation of special contribution to the PF for gazetted and non-gazetted staff should be the same and that the ceiling limit of special contribution will be 15 months pay or rupees thirty five thousand whichever is less
