Decision that the Bad Climate allowance (Special Pay) sanctioned to Railway servants already posted in Duars and Terai areas of Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri Districts of Weste Bengal state should not be extended to any of the Railway. staff posted to those areas on or after 17-10-60. (2) Clarified that staff who are transferred from Terai area Duars area or vice Versa after 16-10-60 will continue to be elisible for the allowance (Special Pay)., provided they were already getting the concession under the existing orders
