Recovery of Excise duty under the Coal Mines Rescue Rules. All Indian Railways advised to remit all collections of this cess to the Dhanbad Treasury invariably under advice to the President to the Rescue station committee and to issue fresh instructions to all station masters to collect Rescue cess and show the same distinctly in their collection statements
