Excise duty recovery in accordance with the Coal Mines Rescue Rules. Under the President's advice to the Rescue Station Committee, all Indian Railways are recommended to remit all collections of this cess to the Dhanbad Treasury. They are also advised to give new instructions to all station masters encouraging them to collect the Rescue cess and to clearly indicate this in their collection statements
