Reference from the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters New Delhi, requesting the following:- 1.Absence of teachers for attending Rallies, Meetings, Training to. Whether accompanying children or alone may be treated as on duty and TA or DA may be paid. 2. Time may be allowed during school hours for conducting Scout and Guide meetings. 3. Registration fees and group equipments may be paid from School funds. Decision that the expenditure on scout/guide activities in railway schools should met out of the staff benefit fund
