The following is being requested by the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters in New Delhi: 1. Teachers not to attend rallies, meetings, or training sessions. Whether with kids or by yourself, you could be considered on duty and get paid TA or DA. 2. Meetings for Scouts and Guides may be scheduled during school hours. 3. School funds may be used to cover registration costs and group equipment purchases. Deciding that the personnel benefit money should be used to pay for scout and guide programmes in railroad schools
