Treatment of running allowance as part of pay for certain purposes. Reference from A.D.A.I. (Railways) regarding:- Rule 1107(3)-R.I. amended to read as under:- Pay for this purpose shall be substantive pay increased by appropriate dearness pay with reference to the substantive pay and shall include the running allowances subject to the maximum of 75% of substantive pay in the case of running staff
