Smt. Savitri Devi Nigam. S.Q.No. 475 dated 18.8.59 whether S/CS and S/TS candidates have to appear for the merit test prior to admission in the Railway Boys school, Asansol. H.M's orders regarding admission of Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribes students in Railway Schools regarding Primary schools no ward of a Railway employee should be refused admission. The Education Ministry suggestions should be made applicable to all Railway schools in all areas so that there may be uniformity in all Railway schools in this matter
