Education Policy. Prescribed scales of pay for Manual Instructors in Railway schools. Reference from the S.E. Railway for traising the scale of pay for three posts of Manual Instructors (Craft Teachers) from Rs. 68-170 to Rs. 100-250. In consultation with the Ministry of Education that the manual Instructors possessing the qualification of Matric and Sub-Overseer in the Railway Higher Secondary Multipurpose school, Khargpur, should be allotted the P.S. Rs. 100-250 as prescribed for existing drawing Masters in Railway High Schools possessing qualification of Matric plus not less than four years's regular course of training
