Advisory from the JAC: 1. The decision to change the wage scale for drivers in Grade C from 80-170 to 80-185 and for guards in Grade C from 60-170 to 80-170. 2. The introduction of the following pay scales for firemen and scouts:- Firemen Rs.75-105; 60-80 and 40-60; Shunters Rs.60-150; 75-105 and 60-80; and determination that direct recruitment for Firemen Gr.B shall be made with the minimum qualification of middle school level. 3. Changing the brakesmen's pay scales to Rs. 60-3-72-4-30 and 40-2-60 and The following categories' running allowance rates per 100 miles have been revised as follows
