Board's orders regarding the transfer of the Railway Employees, who come in contact with the Public, from one Station to another after every three years. Railway Staff who come into contact with public should not be retained at a Station not be reported to the same stations within a period of 5 years. Decision that sympathetic consideration should be shown to inter as well as intra Rly. transfer. Railway Staff should be shown to school difficulties in effecting periodical transfers. Orders regarding periodical transfers should be enforced rigidly
