When a member of the railway staff interacts with the public, they should not be kept at one station for longer than five years. The decision that both intra- and inter-Rly transfers should receive sympathetic consideration. The challenges that schools face in implementing periodic transfers should be communicated to railway staff. Rules pertaining to periodic transfers must to be strictly adhered to
