Compilation of classified list of Indian Government Railways Establishment, and Distribution Return of Establishment of all Railways corrected up to 30.6.46. Decision (1) that in the case of direct recruits appointed on a higher pay the date for increment on time scale will be the date from which he commenced earning increments on minimum of the time scale even if he was not in service on that date, (ii) that names of officers (a) on extended L.P.R. (b) of ex-company railways who have completed the P.L. portion of their L.P.R. and (c) who have been re-employed need not be shown
