Sanction of a Conservancy allowance to Jamadars till 30.6.1946 3. Extension of the sanction to the grant of Conservancy allowance to sweepers and Jamadars upto 30.9.46 and ultimately up to 30.6.47 subject to the conditions that the amount of allowance paid to staff from 1.1.47 is to be adjusted against any additional emoluments that may become payable as a result of the Central Pay Commission's recommendations
