E.P.Railway (i) Presumption that confirmation by other notification on other Rlys in the senior scale of Junior officers of the old N.W. Railways will not effect the future prospects for promotion of the senior officers on (ii) Decision that the date of confirmation in the senior scale of officers in the different railways does not effect their relative seniority or chances of promotion on the Rlys to which they have been allotted
