The assumption made by E.P. Railway is that confirmation by other notifications on other Rlys in the senior scale of junior officers of the former NW Railways will not affect the senior officers' future prospects for promotion. (ii) The decision is made that the date of confirmation in the senior scale of officers in the various railways does not affect the officers' relative seniority or chances of promotion on the Rlys to which they have been assigned
