Classification of Railway servants under the Hours of employment Regulation- Review of work in respect of. Decision that wherever as request for reclassification is reviewed either from the employees or from the recognised unions, on the ground that the volume and/or intensity of the workload have increased, a job analysis should be undertaken to assess the actual workload and a decision for, reclassification if found necessary be taken with in a period of 3 months. In cases in which the decision is delayed for any reason, the revised classification should be enforced from the date of completion of 3 months from the date on which the request for reclassification was made. Railways further advised that since retrospective reclassification has its own repercussions it is imperatives that the job analysis is completed within the period of 3 months further clarified to the S.E. Rly that there orders have only prospective effect
