N.F. Railway:-Question regarding application of the provision of section 65 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1939 to Ambulance Van Drivers-Examination of the decision that since Ambulance Van Drivers on Rlys. could not be said to be employed for purposes of driving a transport vehicle for application of the provision of section 65(i) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939, They would contnue to be gorverned by the Hours of Employment Regulations. Further their classification would depends in the workload in then to be determined through a detailed job analysis in accordance with the terms laid down under H.O.E.R. N.F. Rly. were advised accordingly
