Introduction of procedure of Inter-Railway transfer transactions on the Indian States Railways from 1.4.1950. Decision- With effect from 1.4.50 all transactions, including transactions with other Department of the states should be made on cash basis (In terms of m.o. Finance memo. No. 3167 Bill/50 dated 17.3.50) and all inter Railway transactions should be adjusted bye means of transfer certificates
