Decided that quarters should continue to be allotted as per normal rules but, if by mutual accomodation for the purpose of education of his children with the subsequent allottee the Railway administration and not object to such arrangement and the employee to whom the quarter has been allotted (subsequent allottee) should be responsible for payment of rent at normal rates in terms of Board's orders contained in their letter No. F(X)II-50/RN-5/8 dated 22.5.64
