Clarified that (a) the instructions vide letter No E(G)70LEI-4 dated 20-8-70 are applicable to the staff governed by pension rules as well as SRPF Rules. (b) Since the verification of leave account for the last three years is envisaged in the Board's instructions, all over payments relating to three years should be recovered at the time of settlement
