Consideration of the Questions (i)Whether say change in the existing precedure of referring to the Railway Rates Tribunal, revision applications from Class III Staff is called for in view of the reconstituted set up of the Tribunal; and (2)Whether the procedure should be confined to Class III staff(including skilled artisans) as at Present or the some canebe extended to Class IV staff also. Decision that no jchange in the existing procedure was called for. It was also decided that the advice given by the Tribunal as a whole but it will be sufficient if this advice is based on the views of the Chairman and a member
