The existing posts of first Firemen on these engine should be downgraded to those of Firemen and the existing incumbents be either absorbad in vacancies of-. First Firemen on open line or allowed to hold the scale of these posts as personel to them till such time they vacate the posts. (ii) No order considered necessary to regularise the payment on account of Shunting to train Staff at Bankura
