Informed that casual labourers employed in factories of the are to be given leave with wages in terms of the provisions of the factories Act and Rules in the absence of any separate leave rules framed by the Railway Board for application to casual labour. Decision that casual labour in establishments under D.L.W. which had been declared as ' Factories' would be governed by the provisions of chapter VIII of the Factories Act in the matter of leave in the absence of any separate leave rules framed by the Railway board for application to casual labour
