Reference from the General Manager, Northeast Frontier Railway enquiring as to whether in the case of SCAs/who could not be released for training at RSC, Baroda due to administratibe reasons increments could be stopped. 1. Presumption of the G.M. that no departmental examination is necessary at the end of the 1st year for drawing of increment raising thrir SCAs pay to Rs. 480/- in the case of SCAs recruited up to 1960 examination, has been confirmed. 2. The SCAs who could not be released for training due to administrative reasons may be allowed do draw increments raising their pay to Rs. 510/- provided they had passed the other examination for the purpose
