Recommendation from the Principle, IRSM and E Engineering, Jamalpur regarding grant of lump sum grants to SCAs, who acquire additional qualifications. Decided that SCAs and AMEs should be given lump sum grant of Rs. 500 for passing each of the following Examinations: i) Graduateship of Institution of Electrical Engineers London and ii) Graduateship of Institution of Producation Engineers, London. Also decided that Examination fees should be reimbursed by Railway Administration one only
