Allowance for Running Payment of - to the Defets Running Staff for Ballast Trains has been clarified.- 1) the time from the actual departure of the train to the time of arrival at the destination should be paid for under rule V(b) of the Revised Running Allowance Rules. 2) The time between when the rain is predicted, or the trains scheduled departure time, and when it actually departs shall be considered waiting duty, and allowance under regulation VII(ii) should be provided accordingly
