Establishing two temporary senior scale DSTE positions for the Dinapore and Sealdah Divisions in place of the permanent ASTES positions that are on hold for a term of two years from the date the positions are filled (S.No.2) 2. DSTE(DNR) and DSTE(SLDN) senior scale posts were prolonged up to 23.4.61 & 27-4-61 (S.No.7) and further extended up to 23.4.62 & 27-4-62 (S.No.10) before being made permanent on 1-7-1961 (S.No. 12)
