Creation of two temporary senior scale posts of DSTE's for Dinapore and Sealdah Divisions in lieu of the permanent posts of ASTES held in Abeyance for so long as the two temporary Sr. Scale posts remain operative, for a period of 2 years from the dates the posts are filled (S.No.2) 2. Senior scale posts of DSTE(DNR) and DSTE(SLDN) extended upto 23.4.61 & 27-4-61 (S.No.7) further extended upto 23.4.62 & 27-4-62 (S.No.10) but made permanent w.e.f. 1-7-1961 (S.No.12)
