Retirement benefits to: (1) Former Defence Service Officers are eligible to the Governments SRPF contribution for contributions made on or after 1.4.59, provided that their tenure of reemployment goes beyond a year from 1.4.59. This is dependent on the Railways Boards decision regarding their re-employment. (2) Should the Railways approve their claim, the Governments payment, along with any interest credited to their account, will be reversed and returned to Rly. revenues. At that point, they will be subject to the Pension Rules
