Decision-B. and A. Railway (1) that the rules regulating mileage and reveling allowances now applicable to the ex-A.B. Rly staff should be substituted by the B.A. Railway mileage and relieving allowance Rules and rates including the B.A. Railway Subsidiary rules connected therewith with effect from 1-10-1944. (2) that the revised B.A and A. Railway scales of the ex-A.B. Railway taken over by the State and they should be allowed to exercise the option to retain in the old A.B. Railway scales of pay for so long as an employee is not promoted to a higher post
