Decision that the approval of the Board should be obtained if a person who had officiated in the Superior Service or in the L.G.S. for a period of not less than one year is to be reverted as a subordinate on the ground of unsuitability. (2) Reversion of Mr. W.M. Williams of G.I.P. Rly., and Messrs. C.H. Butterfield, E. Roberts and K.N. Pande of E.I. Railway. In the case of Mr. Pande, ordered that an enquiry by a Committee of administrative officers should be held in to his work. On the Committee's Report, the G.M. told that Mr. Pande's reversion should stand but that it should not be a bar to his being considered in future for re-promotion to Class II service if his standard of work merits his being recommended for such promotion. 3. Decision that reversion of an employee from officiating appointment to his substantive post or to a lower officiating appointment does not constitute a penalty
