(i) Treatment of casual labourers on Projects as temporary railway servants after six months service on D.L.W. (ii) Judgement of Allahabad High Court in the case of Shri Nasiruddin, C.L. (iii) Point whether appeal before the Supreme Court should be filed. Decided that- (i) every individual's past case should be dealt with on its own merits when any representation is received or the matter is taken up High Court of low (ii) The Judgement of the Allahabad High Court be implemented (iii) The services of a temporary- can be terminated without assigning any reason by serving the notice to stigma is attached to such termination. Regarding retrenchment under the Industrial Disputes Act, question of retrenchment would arise only hwen Shri Nasiruddin is considered as surplus labourer and the test laid down in the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 are observed in order to effect a Valid retrenchment (iv) Shri Nasiruddin's case is not of it and proper one for an appeal to the Supreme Court
