The Board decided that any orders of confirmation from Ry. must explicitly state the Deputy Directors post. Officers holding these positions understand that the confirmations are only valid while they are held in the Boards office and that they will automatically expire upon posting from the Boards office. If this happens, the officers lien will revert to his substantive post on his parent railway, which will be suspended upon his confirmation as Deputy Director
