Candidates for selection and non-selection include junior accountants and subheads in the accounts department of Indian Railways Railway service commissions, integral coach factory, Ganga Bridge project administrations, and positions in the commercial, operating, civil engineering, welding, electrical, signal and tele-communication, stores, medical, and administration departments. Orders pertaining to the classification of non-selection posts for selection shall come into effect on 1.4.57, with the exception of those pertaining to the Department of Accounts and other Organisation dates, for which orders were previously issued
