Rly. for discussion at the CPOS conference to be held on 13.12.69 to dabar from appearing in the selection again for same category for a period of one year those for a period of one year who fail in the selection in addition to the existing and anticipated vacancies as at present reckoned in the case of selection posts the number of persons in the instant selection grade already for permission to a grade higher then the grade for which selection is being made may also be taken inton account against anticipated vacancies and then 25% thereof may be added to arrive at the number of vacancies for which the panel is to be drawn up
