Re-organisation of the Medical Department consequent on the introduction of the Divisional scheme on Western Railway. Proposed 8 senior scale posts of D.M. Os and 11 cl. II posts of A.M.Os (excluding Headquarters Offices) in lieu of the existing 5 SS and 7 class II posts of A.M.Os permanently and one temporary senior scale posts of D.M.O. for a period of one year from the date of filling or till it is sanctioned permanently whichever is earlier. (2) Extended the temporary senior scale post of D.M.O. at Baroda for a period of one year with effect from 6.8.58. (3) Temporary senior scale post of D.M.O. Baroda made permanent with effect from 6.8.59. (4) Upgraded permanent class. II post of A.M.O., Rajkot to that of D.M.O., Rajkot in the senior scale from the date the new 50 bedded hospital at Rajkot is opened
