(1) Question whether refund of A.M.I.M.E. Examination fees to special Classes Apprentices allowed in Board's letter No. E52AR1-3 dated 5-6-52 if the Apprentices/Officer approved for the examination in parts. (2) Question whether in view of the increase in the fees, the refund should be increased correspondingly. Decision- (i) that a candidates should be refunded the fees only once for each part of the A.M.I.M.E. Examination on his passing in the part. (ii) The refund may also be increased correspondingly
