N.S. Railway and private parties reach agreement on assisted sidings on the Secunderabad Division. It was determined that the Government of India (Ministry of Railways), as a successory to Ex.N.S.Railway, is obligated by the provisions of its agreements until the agreement in question expires by effluse of time or is legitimately terminated. Terminated by any notice allowed for in the contract or replaced by a new agreement with the parties' permission
